Why PeopleView, Now?
Experience, Depth and Context
The rapid emergence and interest in AI has changed the world of management consulting with businesses accessing a depth of available online information in conversational format like never before. For many, this informational access has provided solutions to their businesses which have benefited their operations.
Missing from this online trove of information however is context... context for your business. Our experience has consistently taught us that every business is unique, especially their history, their people, their leaders, their customers, and their operating realities.
AI can be a great starting point for business wisdom and ideas. But it doesn't know your business.
We know your business.

PeopleView' s advantage to our current and prospective clients, is our business experience and our well developed context, along with our proprietary, diagnostic tools. These three strengths of ours is what allows us to help our clients accelerate their strategies, plans and tactics, and have them stick. That's why PeopleView, now.

Gary Hepworth CEO

Gary created PeopleView in response to many of his prior clients who were looking at their people organizations for something different.... something that responded to today's business challenges, with a greater effect on the bottom line.
And the bottom line was that conventional HR thinking wasn't getting at the real issues, or the barriers, or the opportunities for today's business leaders. Gary specializes in organizational design, change management, strategy and tactics, culture development, leadership development, compensation, and outsourcing disciplines.
Our Strategic Partners
The PeopleView Team is made up of a number of strategic and collaborative partners, to serve our clients.
Cambiara
Our people and transformation partners, Cambiara, focus on developing competitive advantage within their clients' organizations by engaging and developing the people resources they already have.
A popular change and transformation advisory, they have learned much during the past years of large technology deployments in ERP, CRM and other systems, that there is much more to optimizing business performance. And that people can make all the difference in those initiatives if they are lead, engaged, respected and rewarded for their talents.
